"First time visiting this location and upon walking inside I was immediately greeted and welcomed into the store. I called the store ahead of my visit since this location was only one in the valley that had a particular helmet in stock. The helmet was waiting for me on the front counter and ready to try on. The two employees working the front counter were very attentive and knocked it out of the park with their great customer service. This store was well organized and had a great assortment of products in stock and on SALE. This Surprise Cycle Gear is little out of the way for me, but I will definitely return!!!"
